Continue adaptation and resiliency efforts on climate change. No managed retreat for private property in our beach and bluff areas.
Maintain city's commitment to residents by exploring reasonable alternatives to get the program done as soon as possible given new budget realities.
Reignite the process and engage residents on the best way forward on Shores Park.
Protect our fragile bluffs and find creative ways to protect scenic views for all residents.
Expand communications and continue commitment to fiscal responsibility and transparency in the budget process.
Further develop regional alliances with local elected officials and activists by finding areas of mutual interest.
Influence our elected representatives to amend the Affordable Housing laws to get actual results while protecting the special character of Del Mar.
Work together as a City Council
with mutual respect despite differences of opinion for the benefit of Del Mar and our residence.
